Five stars to Dr. Angel and the amazing team at Memphis Vascular Center! My PAE procedure went smoothly, and the results have exceeded my expectations. The staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. I actually get 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep a night. This has not happened in the last 10 years. This easy procedure has been a great benefit to me. If you’re considering PAE, this is the place to go.

WOW! Where do I begin? I have been going through a lot lately. But these three young ladies – Missy, Autumn, and Emma Grace gave customer service that reminded me there are caring and kind people in the world. They went above and beyond to make my experience in the office an awesome one. I tip my hat off to you! Keep up the awesome customer service!

I had an excellent experience. Prior to my visit new patient paperwork was sent to me electronically. It was very easy to complete and send back before my appointment date. I arrived at my appointment provided my name and was told to take a seat and that it should just be a few minutes. Nancy called me back and she took my vitals. Dr. Hansen came in and examined my issue and suggested another detailed ultrasound. Autumn conducted the ultrasound. Dr. Hansen came in when she was finished and we came up with a care plan.

Everyone I came in contact with was very nice. Angel was the one that checked me in and also took my copay. She was very pleasant and easy to talk to.

I love the staff at Memphis Vascular Center and the beautiful lady that greeted me this morning. Mrs angel Bonnie, she made me a cup of coffee and made me feel right at home. When i got ready to get my injections in my left knee the beautiful kind nurse that was in the room with me she showed me so much love by helping me. The doctor was peach. He was kind, he talked me through the steps of what he was doing to my knee. I just love all of the staff here you will feel right at home. God bless each of you love and blessings to you!

Angel, Michelle, Autumn, Nancy and Buddy were very polite, helpful and professional. Couldn’t have asked for more! They took their time with me, listened to my concerns and questions, were very friendly and explained everything fully and made sure I was comfortable and understood everything about my procedure. Dr. Hansen was quite congenial. Professional but down to Earth. I had no doubt of his competence. My procedure went well and has already made a difference. Everyone there was well-groomed, well-spoken, attentive and the facility was first rate and very clean. Overall, it was a VERY pleasant experience, and I would HIGHLY recommend Memphis Vascular Center!! Experiences like this help renew your faith in health care. I’d been to one other vein clinic, I won’t mention the name, but there’s NO way I’d recommend that guy, so this is a considered review from one with some prior experience.

I didn’t really know what to expect when I made the initial consultation appointment but when I was called back to meet first with Nancy Hernandez LPN, I was greeted very warmly and welcoming. She made me feel very relaxed and explained the procedure I was inquiring about in full detail. Then Dr. Angel was called in to go over the procedure again to make sure I understood the procedure and to alleviate any tension/hesitation concerning the procedure. A very friendly, informative and professional consultation. Thank you very much.

I love it here ! My ufe procedure went very well. The staff was kind and helpful from day one. Angel is very good. Also Dr beicaire made the experience so smooth and pleasant! He’s very knowledgeable! Katie was my nurse and she gets a 10! She helped me every way if the process and even followed up with me after the procedure! This place is definitely worth it and if you are thinking about going with them I say go for it ! You won’t be disappointed

The staff at Memphis Vascular are top notch. They are extremely highly skilled, helpful, friendly and encouraging. Dr. Hansen is especially competent and knowledgeable about all areas of Vascular and orthopedic issues. The clinical director, Buddy, is a real professional and caring. He got me in right away to see Dr. Hansen when he learned of my pain. All the staff, including the front office personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them for your needs.

I cannot express in words how wonderful Rachel Ranzinger was during my consultation for my upcoming Chemo Embolization procedure. She is extremely knowledgeable and gave me a good idea of what to expect before, during, and after my procedure. She answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. I’m excited and ready to get this procedure done, and I’m so grateful that Rachel gave me the important information I needed.

Clean, Respectful and the Price is Affordable , Dr. Roberts is Very Experienced and Knowledgeable, also his Nurses.

Dr. Dale Hansen saved me with injections for my hip/leg pain due to a cyst on my sciatic nerve before I was to go on a trip overseas. Thankfully, I was able to go on a pain free trip! His nurse, Brenda, helped to set up my appointments on the spur of the moment and his entire staff was thoughtful and caring. I would highly recommend this entire Memphis Vascular Center practice.

I went to Dr. Jon Roberts after being diagnosed with UEDVT – a blood clot in my upper arm in a deep vein. Dr. Jon saw me promptly and scheduled my procedure immediately. I was a nervous wreck going into all this, as I have never experienced any complications health-wise and have never had any type of procedure performed on my body before. I had a million questions at the doctor’s visit, the days before the procedure, and the day of the procedure. Dr. Jon Roberts and his staff continued to listen and put me at ease. I am going on record to say that Dr. Jon Roberts is the best in his field and took care of me wonderfully. If I had to do it all over again, I would continue to pick him and his staff hands down.

Best customer service! From the moment I booked my consultation to my visit, everyone was super friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so that I understood it. Highly recommend.

The medical care that I receive from Dr. Roberts and staff is unsurpassed. Each step of treatment is carefully explained, and my questions answered. Any concern I may have is thoughtfully addressed. Scheduling is done in such a way that the doctor is not overbooked, and appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. The office atmosphere is pleasant and calming. Truly an exceptional experience.

Dr. Roberts and his staff were great! Painless, easy, procedure that was well explained and all questions were answered. At first coverage with my insurance was denied. Memphis Vascular worked with my insurance until the procedure was totally covered except the deductible!

Everyone from front desk to outpatient nurses and cath lab employees all where excellent & wanted to help in anyway possible to ensure I had a fantastic experience- 5 Stars to all.

If you’re hesitating like I was on whether to get laser ablation here or somewhere else, DEFINITELY get it here!! The staff I interacted with (Dr. Roberts, Angel, Debbie, Autumn, and Janet) are truly incredible! They ACTUALLY care about you and doing their job superbly! Trust me, I did extensive research on various doctors who perform this procedure and Dr. Roberts is absolutely the best!! Best decision I’ve made in a long time!!!

Julie was very detail when explaining the procedure. No stone left unturned. I can appreciate someone that love their job. I thought the consultation was a waste of time but it wasn’t.

Recently had a laser ablation of a varicose vein by Dr. Roberts. Everyone in the office was friendly. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the nursing staff were very helpful. The procedure went very smoothly and was quick. Would recommend this office for sure.
