Dale Hansen III, M.D. joined Memphis Vascular Center as an interventional radiologist in 2015.
Since joining Memphis Vascular Center in 2015, Dr. Hansen has remained at the forefront of interventional medicine, utilizing advanced and innovative therapies to treat both venous and arterial disease. He has also helped numerous patients suffering from painful vertebral compression fractures through kyphoplasty, providing timely treatment that often results in significant pain relief and improved quality of life.
Recognized as a trusted expert in his field, Dr. Hansen has been featured on television discussing a variety of minimally invasive procedures, including uterine artery embolization (UFE), peripheral arterial disease treatments (PAD), kyphoplasty, and genicular artery embolization (GAE).
His extensive experience, clinical expertise, and professional leadership have earned him several distinguished roles, including service as a MetroCare Board member and a longstanding board member of Memphis Radiological, P.C.
Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Hansen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He takes great pride in supporting his children’s musical pursuits, particularly their guitar and drum performances. As a family, they enjoy spending time on the water whenever possible.
Dr. Hansen is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and is an active member of the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, and the Society of Interventional Radiology.
